At Greenhouse Boardshop our customers satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you have any concerns or questions please give us a call @ 707.825.SURF. We value your feedback and if something has not been to your satisfaction we want to hear about it.

Shipping:
8.00 flat rate on most items, some restrictions apply. Shipments will be ground ship. Selected items subject to higher ship rate; surfboards, skateboards, skimboards, and other bulky items. Any purchase subject to higher rate will be notified prior to shipping.

All orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed. We ship via USPS and UPS, transit times vary between 1 to 7 days domestically. If you need an expedited shipping method give us a call to discuss your options. International shipping is available upon request, please call to make those arrangements.

Returns:
If for any reason you are unsatisfied you may return it for replacement or exchange for store credit. Returns must be made within thirty days of your order. Sale items are non-returnable.

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER issued by Greenhouse Boardshop must accompany all returns. To obtain a R/A number please phone 707.825.7873, and a customer representative will assist you. Greenhouse will not accept any returns without a valid R/A number and will not accept “postage due” return packages. Original shipping cost and return shipping cost are non-refundable.

GREENHOUSE BOARDSHOP is not responsible for customer returns that are not received or lost in shipping.
All items must be in like new condition with original tags still attacked. Upon receipt of the merchandise Greenhouse Boardshop will inspect the item and determine if the product is acceptable for return.

Clothing:

Clothing must be unused, unwashed and resalable with all tags attached. Shoes must not be worn and must include original undamaged packaging. We recommend that you walk around on carpet to see if shoes fit. If they don’t fit, the bottoms won’t be dirty and you can send them back. Sunglasses must have no scratches and be in like-new condition. Videos, DVD’s and CD’s must be unopened and in original packaging.

Hardware:
All returned products must be resalable. Skateboards and Surfboards must be unused and resalable. Once a surfboard, skate deck and/or wheels have been used they are non-returnable. Same applies to completes that have been put together. Surfboards must be unused, unwaxed and resalable. Any claim for defective Skateboards and Surfboards will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Remember broken decks and pressure cracks are not defects.

Damage and/or miss-ship claims must be made within 24 hours upon receipt of merchandise. You must also keep all original packaging and packing material to make a claim on a damaged package. Any claims made without original packaging and packing material will be voided. Contact GREENHOUSE BOARDSHOP at 707.825.7873.

Limitation of Liability:
Surfing, Skateboarding and associated sports can be dangerous activities. Greenhouse Boardshop can not be held responsible for any injuries sustained while using (or misusing) any equipment purchased on this website. Greenhouse urges the use of any appropriate safety gear and responsible use of the equipment sold on this site - use your head and don't get hurt!

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our web page and; The information we collect is never shared with other organizations or companies and; From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will use for these new purposes only data collected from the time of the policy change forward.
